Both incidents occurred at Hoge Hall, 570 Washington St. The first incident occurred prior to March 8, 2026, and the second incident occurred on April 15, 2026. The survivor and offender were known to each other and are best described as acquaintances. The offender is a student at Virginia Tech.\n\nAs reported, the first incident meets the elements of Rape (18.2-61) and Object Sexual Penetration (18.2-67.2) as defined in Virginia Code.
